Three student leaders in ż's Residence Hall Association (RHA) were selected to present at the 2018 Midwest Affiliate of College and University Residence Halls (MACURH) Regional Leadership Conference.
Franceska Moua '20, Kadey Seeger '19, and Kalley Seeger '19 presented on the “Three R’s of RHA: Restructuring, Rebranding, Retention.” Five other students in RHA were also able to attend the conference. This year's conference was hosted by Missouri University of Science and Technology from November 2-4.
“I believe that this reflects highly of the extracurricular work that ż's students do on and off campus” said Kalley Seeger, RHA's National Communications Coordinator. The Residence Hall Association is an organization that serves as a student government for the nine residence halls and apartments on campus.
“Since the presentation, we've had students from other midwest campuses reach out to us on how to improve their own RHAs, which is really rewarding” said Seeger. “We are excited to continue the conversation and to showcase how ż's has prepared us to lead and influence in residence halls.”
