How do I apply for a job?
Create a username and password for . Once you have logged into the system, you may create your application profile online at any time. You may also search open positions before creating the online application.

Can I apply for more than one position at time?
Yes, once you have completed your application profile online, you may apply for as many positions as match your qualifications. When you revisit the site, the original application you created will be available for you to use or update.

Can I apply directly with the department in which I wish to work?
No. The ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã’s Online Employment System is the central intake point for all open positions. Only applicants who apply through the system will be considered for employment.

What materials will I need before I apply?
In addition to your resume, you will be asked to provide personal information such as your name, address, phone number, previous employment, and education, as well as contact information regarding your employment history and references. You may also submit supporting materials with your application. Some positions may also require you to answer a set of position-specific questions, which can be seen when viewing the position information. Please check individual open position descriptions for specific application material requirements.

What if I don’t have access to a computer?
HR has computers available Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m. The campus library and public libraries also have computers available for extended hours.
