Bridget Sabatke has her ASL/English interpreting degree from Íæż½ã½ã and an MS in Interpreting with an emphasis in Pedagogy from University of North Florida. In her interpreting practice Bridget has specialized in behavioral health health, medical, and DeafBlind work. At Íæż½ã½ã's Bridget teaches many different interpreting classes including Ethical Decision Making. Beyond Íæż½ã½ã's she is invited to present around Minnesota and the US (and once for Ghana) on topics including mental health interpreting, educational interpreting, case consultation practice, and a feedback process of her design called Work and Worth. Bridget uses best educational practices to incorporate ideas of ethics, equity, and self-care into every class.
